Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 HaleLife Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (8oz)

1 pint So Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Directions

  1. Prepare cookies as instructed with the HaleLife Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Tub

  2. Freeze 8 cookies for four hours after cooling

  3. Pull So Delicious Cookie Dough Ice Cream out of the freezer, remove top and let thaw for ten minutes.

  4. Pull eight cookies out of the freezer.

  5. Divide pint of ice cream into quarters and place on top of cookie.

  6. Place additional frozen cookie on top of topped ice cream cookie.

  7. Smash until resembling picture above.

  8. Refreeze if ice cream is too soft or eat immediately.
